Aga Khan Foundation (Pakistan) invites proposals from eligible consulting firms/consortia for the donor funded above-mentioned project to provide technical advisory services for the procurement and selection of an Accredited Financial Institution (AFI).

Method of Selection: Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS), with single stage two envelope bidding procedure.

The request for proposal including the detailed Terms of Reference, eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria and submission instructions can be downloaded by scanning the QR code.

Submission Deadline: Complete proposals must be submitted in accordance with RFP on or before 07 September 2026 at 3:00 PM (PST). Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
